This is an independent contractor position where you will be involved with every aspect of assisting our clients with the sale of their small business and/or assisting buyers with the purchase of small businesses including franchises. In addition to business brokerage, you will have an opportunity to represent other products such as: - Business Valuations - Mergers & Acquisitions - Franchise Sales
As a Business Broker you will: - Obtain business sales listings using various methods of advertising and networking - Assist buyers in finding the right small business for their budget and experience - Assist in negotiating a fair business transaction that benefits the seller and the buyer Training

As a Premier Business salesperson you will be required to attend one week of intensive, professionally developed training that covers all aspects of business brokerage.
Compensation
This opportunity is a commission only independent contractor position. Your compensation will be determined by your ability to recruit sellers and buyers and your previous professional background skills. Many business salespersons earn at least $100,000 in their second year with the company.
The State of California requires anyone who sells business opportunities or commercial real estate in the state to obtain any one of these licenses: - Salesperson Real Estate License - Real Estate Broker License Coursework can be completed on-line and additional information about licensing will be provided by us to those qualified individuals who respond to this ad. |
